Penned: Life and Death

Held December 2022. Since the weather turned, we held the event at CHOW Public Market. There was a tattooist on stage, 3 readers, and a raffle at the end of the show. The tattooist was Kyle Caputo, owner of Crimson Fox Tattoos on Overland, tattooed apprentice-to-be David Micheletti. A camera was set up on the body part and the audience watched this tattoo in real time. Sam Berman read a short story afterward, followed by Katie Dandrea sharing non fiction and Tomas Baiza closing up with fiction.
